These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with us. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch your goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if stock is unavailable, if a price or description was published in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

Pricing

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can vary between screens, and packaging may change. Product guidance on this site is general — always read the label and test on an inconspicuous area first, particularly on coated, wrapped, matte or delicate finishes.

Safe use

Detailing chemicals must be used as directed, kept out of reach of children, and stored as stated on the label. We are not responsible for damage caused by use contrary to label instructions.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where we are permitted to limit liability, our liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been compromised.

The text, images and design on this site are owned by us or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
