Shipping Policy

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends or on NSW public holidays are dispatched the next business day. All orders ship from Tuggerah, NSW.

Rates

• Free standard shipping on orders over $150, Australia-wide.
• Standard shipping under $150 is calculated at checkout based on your postcode and order weight.
• Express shipping is available at checkout where your postcode is serviced.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, typical transit times are 1–3 business days to NSW, VIC, ACT and QLD metro, and 3–7 business days to SA, WA, TAS, NT and regional areas. These are courier estimates, not guarantees, and can extend during peak periods or industrial action.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves us. If it has not arrived within 24 hours of your dispatch email, check your spam folder before contacting us.

Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be resent at your cost. If a parcel is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days so we can open an enquiry with the courier.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and the contents before unpacking further and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

International

We currently ship within Australia only.
